'Hot Ones' Host Reveals He Regrets Seeing NSFW Steve-O Moment

Needless to say Hot Ones presenter Sean Evans is a share bodily fluids — guests munching on increasingly spicy wings — tears and snot, and everything in between, in the nearly decade he’s hosted his popular YouTube talk show. But Evans has revealed the one moment that went over the edge Jackass star Steve-O.

The 38-year-old presenter, Watch What's Happening Live On Wednesday, August 14, Andy Cohen questioned whether there was one question he regretted asking throughout his hundreds of celebrity interviews. And it wasn't a question, it was a moment Evans permanently wishes he hadn't seen.

“You know, I don't know if that was a question or if there was any impetus for it, but Steve-O, in the middle of a take, picked up a bottle and stuck it up his ass and then he said, 'No hands,' like that,” Evans said, throwing his hands up in the air. “So I'm not sure if that's a question I regret, but I regret having witnessed it.”

“Wow. Oh my God,” Cohen replied, a little bewildered.

Given his apparently masochistic tendencies, it seems that Hot Ones perfect for the stunt. And in fact, Steve-O has appeared on the show three times: in 2017, 2021, and during a holiday extravaganza episode in December 2023. To commemorate his third challenge, Evans gave him a gold trophy in the shape of a hot sauce bottle. And it's not hard to see where this is going, or rather, “going.”

“Steve-O, this is historic,” Evans said as he held up the trophy, to which his guest immediately shouted, “I’ll shove this up my ass!”

“I always say if I ever won an Oscar, I'd want to shove it up my ass when I accepted it on stage,” she continued. “But let's be honest. I couldn't fit an Oscar in there, could I? I'd never get past the shoulders. But this? I guess I should grease that up a little?”
