Starting with Agatha as a tough-as-nails detective, Harkness responds to a call about a dead body by the side of a creek. He meets with Westview neighbor Herb Feltman, who is part of the forensics team, and reveals that their victim died of blunt force trauma after being crushed by something large and heavy. It's strongly implied that it's Wanda he's crushing on Doctor Strange is in a multiverse of madness when he used his power to topple Mount Wundagore.

Agatha Cults Resurrection of the Scarlet Witch
When Herb says that their victim is definitely dead, Agatha says, “Well, you never know…” This is likely a potential tease that the Scarlet Witch's resurrection could be possible by the end of the year. Agatha Along.

Agatha's victim appears with blackened fingers. This is a major indication that his victim is indeed Wanda with blackened fingers. Lots of craziness. When the book was in her hands, Agatha's fingers were also blackened (as you can see WandaVision).
23 Agatha's brooch
It's More Important Than It Looks
Nearby, Agatha finds the brooch in the water, though in this false reality she still can't identify or remember it's there. Apparently taken from his own mother's corpse WandaVision flashbacks, seen throughout this brooch WandaVision. Later, during Agatha's investigation, it is revealed that there is a lock of hair inside, but it is not revealed who it once belonged to.

Agatha All Along's Unlike the first episode special opening sequences, each episode gets a special True Crime-style opening movie scene. WandaVision got it. The real cherry on top is the final title card, which features the names of all the main Westview residents along with Agatha's fake name, “Agnes,” as the special true-crime version of “The Ballad of Witches' Lane” plays: “Based on a Danish series. Acronyms and Anagrams with Agatha
Looking at the library card found on the victim's body, Agatha questions the librarian (Dottie) about the book on the card. Dialogue and Rhetoric: A Known History of Learning and Argument by one Andrew Ugo. Agatha then discovers that the book's title is short for Darkhold and the author's name is an anagram for “Wundagore”, giving more clues that her victim is none other than Wanda Maximoff.

Agatha also learns that the library book was stolen three years ago. Three years ago, Wanda finally defeated Agatha WandaVision and took the Darkhold.
19 Every Last Copy Burnt In The Fire
The End of the Many Castles of Madness
When the librarian tells Agatha that she has more copies of the book, Agatha discovers that they have all been burned in the fire. This refers to Wanda's sacrifice, which destroys all existing copies of the Darkhold when she downloads Wundagore.

Mount Wundagore
Forensics came back saying the soil under the victim's toe and toenails came from Eastern Europe. This was the location of Mount Wundagore in both the MCU and the original Marvel Comics.

A Rival to Agatha Harkness
Introducing Aubrey Plaza's Rio Vidal, who appears to be a federal agent knowing full well they're under Wanda's spell, openly abandoning his history and rivalry with Agatha. After Agatha breaks out of the spell, Rio is ready and willing to kill her. However, Agatha convinces Rio to let her regain her power in order to make her death more worthwhile and meaningful.
16 Maiden Mother Crone
Agatha's Brooch Has a History
While trapped in Wanda's spell, Agatha learns about the Triple Goddess in her brooch/locket. They are known as Mother, Maiden, and Crone, and are part of real-life neopagan spiritual traditions. The triple goddesses are also part of the “Ballad of the Witches' Path” sung by Agatha's new congregation in episode 2.
15 Nicholas Scratch
Agatha's Son in the original Marvel Comics
Under Wanda's spell, Agatha opens the door to a child's bedroom belonging to Nicholas Scratch, who appears to have died as a child. In the original comics, Nicholas Scratch is Agatha's estranged son and becomes a powerful wizard in his own right. However, it is still unknown what Scratch is up to in the MCU and what his relationship with his mother is.
14 Agatha's Victim Revealed: W. Maximoff
He died on October 13
If all the clues and teases weren't enough, Agatha finally gets her answer as to who her victim is when a name appears on a library card. On the date of October 13, Wanda Maximoff's name appears immediately after Agatha sees a lock of her red hair under the sheet in the morgue.

Rio encourages Agatha to “break out” of Wanda's spell, resulting in Agatha reverting to all of her various guises. WandaVision. Agatha asks Herb to fill her in as she crosses the street. Realizing that Wanda's magic cost him three years, Herb comments that the people of Westview try not to mention her name, confirming that there is still quite a bit of lingering trauma for the town. Coming to Wanda's Hex.

Herb also says that for the past three years, Agatha has been a decent neighbor who can be “free with her boundaries.” Agatha warns him not to call him “nosy” by threatening to cut out his tongue. This refers to Wanda locking Agatha in her spell, her chosen role as “nosy neighbor”.

Finding Senor Scratchy in the basement, the information uncovered about his son suggests that the pet rabbit may have belonged to Nicholas when he was still alive.
9 Salem Seven
The Dark Band of Witches and Wizards
Rio Vidal warns Agatha at the end Agatha Along episode 1 that he's not the only one who wants her dead. There's also the Salem Seven, who debuted in the second episode of the MCU series. In the comics, the Salem Seven were Nicholas Scratch's children, making them Agatha's grandchildren, and similarly wanting to agree with her in the beginning. Powerful magic users with the power to transform into supernatural beings seem to be taking their cues from the MCU comic book version, though how much remains to be seen.

End credits Agatha All Along's the first episode includes Donovan's 1966 song “Season of the Witch”. Of course, this couldn't be a more appropriate song for the new MCU show.

When Agatha informs Joe Locke's Teen that she needs a party to enter the Witches' Way, Teen asks if they will meet with the old coven. “All these harpies are dead,” Agatha replies, referring to the flashbacks WandaVision where Agatha claimed the power of her fellow witches and killed them all (including her mother Evanora Harkness).
