While there’s no right or wrong answer, there are better ways to progress through the game. While farming tools are a necessity, you can craft sprinklers and other items to help speed along the process.

The two tools you’ll use the most to progress through the story are the pickaxe and the scythe.

The pickaxe will help you get through the mines and collect rarer ores while progressing with the Giants quests and the scythe will help you clear the bottom of the ocean and reach the Merfolk Kingdom.
