Wishseeker

Destiny 2 Mara Speaking To Riven

Wishseeker I: Complete Week 1 of “Wishing All the Best.”

Reward

“Wishing All the Best” is this season’s main quest. Complete the introductory mission after logging in to start this quest chain. If you skipped this mission or it didn’t start automatically, you can start it from the H.E.L.M. The quest itself is fairly straightforward, introducing you to the Riven’s Lair and Coil activities.

One quest step will ask you to complete Blind Well runs. Completing two T4 Blind Well runs will complete this step. Insert a T3 charge and play until the main objectives are clear. When your Ghost says that the energy readings are spiking, get near the Blind Well conduit and insert a T4 charge to start a bonus round. Do this twice to finish the quest step.

The City A Wish Built

Destiny 2 Dreaming City Cropped

The City A Wish Built: Complete Dreaming City public events, Lost Sectors, and patrols. Blind Well completions grant additional progress.

Reward

This challenge requires you to complete 100 activities on the Dreaming City this season. This includes Lost Sector clears, patrols, public events, and Blind Well clears. While Blind Well grants bonus progress, a T4 clear seems to give roughly 5% and is a fairly large timesink.

Players with good builds can get this done quickly by farming Lost Sectors and patrols simultaneously. Activate a patrol, clear a Lost Sector, and repeat as needed. We only recommend farming Blind Well if you’re interested in chasing the reissued Dreaming City weapons this season.

Dragon’s Defender I

Destiny 2 Dragon's Breath Exotic Rocket Launcher

Dragon’s Defender I: Defeat combatants with Solar weapons. Gain additional progress from Solar Rocket Launcher final blows.

Reward

Defeat 300 enemies with Solar weapons to complete this Seasonal Challenge. Rocket Launchers grant bonus progress, but we highly recommend you use Sunshot instead. This weapon deals high base damage, creates chain reaction explosions with every kill, and is fairly easy to obtain. It also has great synergy with this season’s Artifact perks, allowing Sunshot to proc Radiant to further boost its damage.

Silver Blade

Destiny 2 Witcher 3 Collaboration Armor Sets

Silver Blade: Acquire the “Swords and Signs” Triumph.

Reward

“Swords and Signs” is a seasonal Triumph you can find under the “Season of the Wish” section under “Secrets.” This challenge requires you to defeat 100 enemies with Swords and 50 enemies with Solar melee abilities. Any Sword will get the job done here, although we highly recommend Lament since it heals you and deals excellent single-target damage.

For the Solar ability kills, it depends on what class you’re playing. Hunters can use the Knock ‘Em Down Aspect and Ember of Torches for infinite melee abilities. Warlocks should use Incinerating Snap paired with Heat Rises and Ember of Searing for fast melee regeneration. Titans can use Throwing Hammer with Roaring Flames and Synthoceps to clear fodder enemies with ease.

EDZ Activities

Destiny 2 EDZ Trostland

EDZ Activities: In the EDZ, earn progress by completing bounties, patrols, public events, and Lost Sectors.

Rewards

  • 50,000 XP
  • 150 Bright Dust

Similar to the Dreaming City challenge, EDZ Activities will track every activity you complete on the EDZ. This specific Seasonal Challenge requires 36 activity completions on the EDZ. The fastest way to do this is by farming bounties and Lost Sectors simultaneously. Grab Devrim Kay’s daily bounties, clear a nearby Lost Sector, and repeat.

Focused Intention

Destiny 2 Osteo Striga Exotic

Focused Intention: Get final blows with weapons using Primary ammo in ritual activities. Earn bonus progress for Bow, Hand Cannon, Pulse RIfle, or Auto Rifle final blows or by defeating Guardians.

Rewards

  • 100,000 XP
  • 300 Bright Dust

This challenge requires you to defeat 400 enemies with Primary weapons while in a ritual activity. Ritual activities include Vanguard Ops, Crucible playlists, and Gambit. Any weapon that uses Primary ammo will work here, although we recommend a good Hand Cannon or Bow since those grant bonus progress.

Some good weapons include Sunshot, Trinity Ghoul, Graviton Lance, Necrochasm, and Quicksilver Storm.
