“The fans really made it happen,” Reese said in a press release (via) Board Room.tv“This collection is for my fans who have been there for me every step of the way,” he said.

Reese first addressed her fans by the nickname in June, after weeks of calling each other by the apt nickname. “Where are Reese's pieces???” Reese tweeted on June 25. Fans began asking for Reese to collaborate with the star rookie, and a few days later, the brand posted a winking response.

“Where are we? Just following our favorite player,” the post read.

“The connection between my name and the Reese's brand was obvious, but it was deeper than that,” Reese explained. “My fans started calling themselves 'Reese's Pieces,' and after I kept seeing that on social media, I started engaging with some of my fans about it.”

Reese hinted at the collaboration by wearing a pair of custom Reeboks designed by artist Marvin Baroota, featuring a “Reese's/Angel” logo and a large cartoon Reese's Cup dripping peanut butter. The custom design was the perfect marriage of Reese's lucrative endorsements with Reese's and Reebok, with whom she recently signed a legendary NIL deal and launched a separate clothing line.

The upcoming clothing collection will feature a jersey, while the final collection will feature an eight-piece collection featuring the brand's Reese's Cup logo.

“I wanted to offer something they could wear with pride this season,” Reese said of the debut collection. “Working with Reese's as quickly as possible, we created a collection that truly reflects who I am: bold, vibrant, and unapologetic.”
