Ben Affleck Looks Unrecognizable in His Bold New Look

Ben Affleck stepped out with a dramatic new look over the weekend following rumors of his divorce from Jennifer Lopez. The 51-year-old was seen in Los Angeles on Saturday wearing a faux hawk with shaved sides, aviator sunglasses, a Red Hot Chili Peppers T-shirt and a black leather jacket.

He paired his biker chic look with a pair of gray jeans and black boots. It's unclear if this makeover is for an upcoming movie role. Most recently, Affleck was filming Accountant 2The film, which is a sequel to the 2016 action thriller, stars Jon Bernthal, JK Simmons and Cynthia Addai-Robinson.

When the internet heard about Affleck's new look, the jokes pretty much wrote themselves. Many naturally drew comparisons to Robert De Niro's character Travis Bickle in the 1976 film Taxi driverOf course, there were plenty of jokes about marital problems. “We are experiencing divorce at levels never seen before,” one user wrote.

While neither Affleck nor Lopez have publicly commented on their marriage, speculation has been high after the couple spent much of the summer apart. Lopez recently returned from the Hamptons, where she spent her 55th birthday, after putting their Beverly Hills home, which they purchased in May 2023, up for sale, about a year after they got married.

Affleck recently bought a new $20 million five-bedroom home in Los Angeles after putting his marital home on the market, so it seems like it's only a matter of time before he and Lopez announce their split.
