Our system is designed to be as user friendly as possible! Focus your efforts on completing the physical tasks that your unique program demands, and we’ll take care of the rest! As we log and track your body metrics over the course of the program, we can see how much progress is being made month by month. Instructions are easy to follow and progress is easy to document. There are video demonstrations and explanations for any exercise modality, and last week’s statistics are listed for you to beat! For our premium members, custom meal plans are created based off of goals and existing body metrics- synchronized with consideration for the calories expected to burn in the coming months of various training phases.
