Caped Crusader Penguin Gets Classic Comic Treatment in Spot-On DC Art

New fan art shows Batman: The Caped Crusader's Oswalda Cobblepot in a style reminiscent of classic Batman comics. This iteration of the penguin is unusual in that it is female.
