His latest project is for the upcoming Hulu series Chad ForcesPowell takes on the role of a football player. While filming for the show was taking place at the college football game over the weekend, the crowd wasn't too happy with the famous actor's presence.
Video shared on social media shows the crowd booing Powell as he ran onto the field with his “teammates” at halftime of Saturday's game between Georgia and Mississippi State. Interestingly, he is the only one among the players who does not wear a helmet, so he clearly stands out.

The stadium announcer had apparently informed the crowd that a TV scene would be filmed at half-time, and booing the A-list actor and his fellow performers was apparently encouraged. Powell and his fellow players stormed the field several times for different shots, and video on social media captured the strange situation.

Chad Forces It tells the story of a football star who falls from grace after gaining acclaim as a successful quarterback.
