EMY has 300+ classes from 5-60min with a wide variety of class collections.

Vinyasa flow – Fiery classes that challenge both body and Mind.

Vin-Hatha – A blended class unique to EMY. Combining the fluidity of vinyasa with the mindfulness of hatha.

Restorative – A blended class merging yin and restorative yoga to recharge the body, release stress and emotions and create deep inner calm and peace.

Strength & Mobility – This is a collection of routines / workouts to enhance your asana practice focusing on mindful functional movement.

Busy Days (30min for under) – These classes are perfect for when life gets that little bit too busy and you need time to yourself on the mat.

Yoga Quickies (10 min or under) – This collection is your movement lifesaver! It is there for you before work, on a lunch break, whilst cooking dinner etc it’s for those days when a 20min practice is too much.

Relaxation – A whole collection of just Savasana to help you press pause and rest for 10mins whenever you need.
