I’ve overcome numerous injuries and setbacks, including shoulder surgery, back and knee injuries, and ankle ligament tears. Each time, I’ve found smarter ways to recover and come back stronger. I’ve also faced the struggle of balancing family, work, and training, so I’ve developed strategies to save time and stay committed. And now, I want to guide others on this journey to stay athletic for life.
