Hamilton Unveils New Trio of Legendary Khaki Field Mechanical Watches

Tough, reliable, attractive, the American-Swiss watchmaker Hamilton produces timepieces that do everything a standout watch should. Few watches can match the enduring military aesthetic, functionality and sheer rugged reliability of the original military watch, the Khaki Field Mechanical. The three latest variations include a white dial with a green Super-LumiNova insert paired with a sleek yet robust black NATO strap; an all-new blue dial with a matte stainless steel case and matching blue NATO strap; and the Khaki Field Mechanical Bronze with a white dial and brown calfskin NATO strap.

It’s not just the military that loves the brand. Hamilton has a long history in Hollywood, having starred in more than 500 films; Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Madness, Men in Black I, III and IV, Interstellar, Tenet, and lastly Dune: Episode TwoFor the blockbuster, which shot in early spring, director Denis Villeneuve worked with props manager Doug Harlocker to design the perfect bracelet for the Fremen to wear on the big screen.

All three new watches maintain Hamilton’s traditional slim appearance, measuring 38mm (they’re just 9.5mm thick) and 20mm from lug to lug. The watches are powered by an H-50 mechanical movement with an 80-hour power reserve and are water resistant to 50 meters.

The bronze watch costs $645, while the blue watch and the watch with a white dial and black strap cost $595.
