'Home Improvement' Star Wins 5th DUI Charge, Offers Crazy Excuse

Actor Zachery Ty Bryan, who rose to prominence as Brad Taylor on the hit sitcom Home RenovationHe was arrested once again for drunk driving. This marks Bryan's second DUI arrest this year and fifth overall, adding to the 43-year-old star's mounting legal troubles.
