Nearly four years after multiple sexual abuse allegations and cannibalism rumors upended his career, Armie Hammer is trying to plan a big Hollywood comeback.
On Monday, Hammer released the first episode of a new podcast titled. Armie HammerTime Podcast. According to the show's official description, Hammer will meet “remarkable people from all walks of life” as he rebuilds himself. Don't worry… We feed him before every episode.”
“Some of you are going to love it, some of you are going to hate it,” Hammer said in a video promoting the podcast. Calling the show “a diary of sorts” Lone Ranger Star explained that it “arises from the concept that every single person you interact with throughout the day knows at least one thing that you don't.” I want to have interesting long-form conversations with people who have the tools. or I gained skills, or I gained wisdom, or I just learned random things I didn't know, I want to learn.”

On Wednesday, Hammer made an even more significant announcement regarding his return to Hollywood. Deadline Reported that Hammer has been cast as the lead Border CrucibleIt's his first role since the scandal. The film is described as a “period Western drama” and comes from noted producer Dallas Sonnier, who has had his own scandals.

Hammer shared photos of herself on set and the title page of the script in an Instagram post on Wednesday. “Back in the saddle,” she captioned the post.
Hammer suffered a rapid decline following the allegations against him, which included a rape allegation and multiple allegations of serious emotional abuse. The Los Angeles County District Attorney declined to file criminal charges against him in 2023 after an investigation citing lack of evidence, and Hammer maintained that their sexual relations, though emotionally abusive in some cases, were consensual.
