Instead, Joe played Brie and Ellie against each other throughout the seasonmaking their professional lives as difficult as their personal lives. Even after Ellie and Bri forgave each other, things were rocky between the inner team members throughout the season.

With a hard working style, Aesha was having trouble figuring out how to get to Ellie with problems.

During her time at Mustique, Ellie struggled to understand how to manage her time and properly prioritize her tasks. Although Aesha does her best to work around both Ellie and Bree's personalities, Ellie had a hard time giving feedback More than Bri. While Bree wasn't incredibly sensitive to criticism, she was at least able to make amends for the problems she faced in Mustique. Ellie, on the other hand, could not accept constructive criticism or feedback like Aesha did. Although she apparently thinks she can work on her performance, Ellie's response to criticism has been difficult throughout the season.


Elli, feeling the need to over-explain and counter-criticize, became adamant when Aesha came to her with her problems. Due to her behavior, Aesha is reluctant to give Ellie much feedback unless it's incredibly appropriate. While Ellie deserves to understand her poor performance and know how Aesha needs her to improve, it is very difficult for Aesha to talk to Ellie in a neutral setting. Ellie seems to take Aesha's criticism personallywhich makes it difficult for the Chief Stew to help him improve his skills.

Although Ellie struggled throughout the charter season, things got tense when Captain Sandy Yawn and Aesha brought in a fourth stew at the end of the charter season to keep things running smoothly. Carrie O'Neill, happy to work as a floating stew wherever Aesha is needed, Before coming to work at Mustique, Ellie had a similar set of experiences. Although Ellie and Carrie seemed to be on the same level, it quickly became clear that Carrie was more efficient than Ellie, the second stew perceived her as a threat.

While Carrie was at Mustique, Ellie struggled to understand her role and felt that Aesha would push her down the ladder and replace her with Carrie at any moment. Although Aesha had no plans to replace Ellie in the final episodes of the season, Ellie's attitude made it clear that she was having a hard time working in the new group. Tasking Kerry and Brie with Aesha's presence and trying to outsmart her at every turn Ellie angered Aesha in the latest charter to ensure her position was known.
