6 Penguin

Played by Colin Farrell

Colin Farrell's penguin has been renamed Oswald “Oz” Cobb Batman and is both fresh and grounded. There is a Penguin in this universe yet he's not a fearsome crime lord in the comics. Instead, he's a low-level gangster who works as a capor for Carmine Falcone's crime family. Still going strong and running his own nightclub, the Iceberg Lounge, Oz works in the shadows and bides his time while Falcone remains in control. Like many comic book iterations, Oz is clearly limp and notably overweight, done with amazing practical effects and make-up.

4 The Falcone Crime Family

Introducing Alberto Falcone, Carmine's son Penguin as his father's successor, but he is killed early, leaving a power struggle within the family. Carmine Falcone

Carmine Falcone, the patriarch of the Falcone crime family, was the biggest figure in Gotham's organized crime. Batman.
