It appears that Silver Sable isn't the only one to get the symbiote, as the filing states that Silver Sable's mercenary squad, the Wild Pack, all host the symbiote.
The Agony symbiote is one of the many Life Foundation symbiotes forcibly created from the Venom symbiote. Since then, the Agony symbiote has found several different hosts, including Leslie Gesneria and Gemma Shin. It seems that for whatever reason the Agony symbiote needs a new host, and Silver Sable was chosen as the next. This could be the power boost Silver Sable needs to handle the Zombiote invasion, but it remains to be seen if Silver Sable can take down the Agony symbiote later on.
It appears that Silver Sable isn't the only one to get the symbiote, as the filing states that Silver Sable's mercenary squad, the Wild Pack, all host the symbiote. These were already some of the deadliest soldiers on the planet, and with the symbiotes they would be even more dangerous. While the zombies pose a significant threat to New York City, Silver Sable and the Wild Pack may become an even greater threat to New York if they lose themselves to these new symbiotes.
With Silver Sable carrying her own Wild Pack full of symbiotes, they are likely to become one of the most powerful mercenary groups in the Marvel Universe.
