Former UFC star Paige VanZant has stepped away from the ring in recent years to turn to a lucrative new career on OnlyFans and her podcast. Paige and Austin: A Perfect Love Storywhich she hosts with her husband, professional MMA star Austin Vanderford. And this week, the power couple gave fans a little taste of the saucy workout they use to stay in real fighting shape.
“New biceps exercise,” the 30-year-old, born Paige Michelle Sletten, shared on TikTok on Monday evening, along with a laugh-cry emoji. In the clip, appropriately set to Tinashe's “Nasty,” Vanderford is seen doing a type of bicep press, lifting VanZant by the hips and pushing herself off her husband's thighs in return.

“Y'all are so good!” one Instagram user joked, clearly noticing the placement of the couple's faces during the exercise move. “It's all fun and games until someone hoots,” another added.
VanZant and Vanderford have been pretty transparent about their sex life on their popular podcast, which has more than 620,000 subscribers on YouTube. In an episode earlier this year, the couple answered a fan question about how they keep things exciting in the bedroom.
“I feel like that's not something we need to work on yet?” VanZant replied, to which Vanderford agreed: “No, I don't think so either. Six and a half, seven years or however long we've been together—”
“We’ve been very fortunate that we haven’t had to actively work on it,” VanZant chimed in, finishing her sentence. “We’re pretty spicy. I think it comes down to being open and honest with each other.”
“Bam, that's exactly what I was going to say. Again, communication and conversation,” Vanderford continued. “Because the thing is, if you get to a point where things are stale or something like that and you don't communicate your wishes or my wishes, it can be different. And if we bring that to the table and talk about it and one of us is completely against it and breaks that agreement, then I really don't know what's going to happen.”
“Yeah, it sounds so weird to experiment with—being open and honest about your needs or wants or desires,” VanZant added. “We're just, I don't know, open, having fun. For me, I feel like our sex life has literally gotten better. It's gotten better.”
In other words, if things are like this between the two, it's not hard to guess how their chemistry will stay alive in the bedroom.
