This highly customizable wood has been making waves on the retailer’s site, boasting more than 160 five-star ratings that have earned it the No. 1 best-selling Ping club on the site. It’s still in stock for both left- and right-handed golfers, and you can choose from four loft angles, five shaft types, and six flex options. If you’re looking to round out your bag, Ping’s 430 Hybrid and steel-shaft irons are also on sale.

Ping’s G430 collection features multiple fairway woods, but the Max was developed to fit the needs of the widest range of golfers. Carbonfly Wrap (a composite-based crown) wraps around the head to reduce weight while shifting the center of gravity toward the club face to increase ball speed. The face itself is variable thickness, reducing spin while offering greater flexibility to further improve ball speed with higher launch and distance. It also includes a back weight to help with the smash factor, even for slower swingers, while increasing overall forgiveness.
