T-Bird still plays a key role in both iterations of the story, and he could have been part of the 2024 film reimagining to add a layer of comic accuracy to the story.
Instead of using T-Bird as the main villain, Crow 2024 replaces him with Vincent Roeg. They are very different characters as T-Bird is just a low level gang leader and Roeg is a high achiever with powers of persuasion tasked with bringing good souls to Hell. From 2024 Crow expanded the supernatural side of the world and denied gang involvement in the deaths of Eric and Shelly, there was no room for T-Bird.
8 Top Dollar
From Comics and 1994 Movie
Top Dollar was the main villain of the 1994s Crowbut it completely lacks the recent reimagining. Top Dollar was just a small-time drug dealer who sexually assaulted Shelly in the comics. But when the original film was made he was promoted to the position of the head of the criminal empire. A more significant role for Top Dollar is the climax of his time in the franchise, as he is now removed from the 2024 film and has nothing to do with Eric Draven's origin story.
Like T-Bird, there wasn't a clear way to include Top Dollar based on the story and how different it was Crow 2024 refers to the original film. Top Dollar and the others become redundant as Eric and Shelley's deaths are caused by Roeg's henchmen attacking them. To keep an extra well-known character in the mix, it might have been possible to include him in the film as part of Roeg's group. But that never happened.
7 Members of T-Bird's Gang

The other members of T-Bird's gang are also nowhere to be found in 2024 Crow. In the comics, Funboy, Tin-Tin and Tom-Tom are featured as prominent members of the gang. Funboy is T-Bird's right-hand man and the one in a relationship with Sherri's mother, while Tin-Tin and Tom-Tom are low-level gang members. Tin-Tin is the first person to die after Eric becomes The Crow and begins his revenge.
Tom-Tom was not included in the 1994 film as he was replaced by a new character named Shank.

Kronos essentially plays the same role as The Skull CowboyAs Bill Skarsgård used to explain The Crow's powers and the rules of this world. It's unclear why the film didn't just use the spirit from the comics, though the cost of casting a skull-faced character could be one reason.
4 Joshua Zane
Another Crow in the comic
since Crow 2024 is another post-Eric Draven film, not including other versions of The Crow such as Joshua Zane. Joshua Zane is a Native American from the Crow Nation who became a Supernatural being Crow: Dead Time. The three-issue miniseries follows Joshua he was resurrected 100 years after his wife and child were killed by Confederate soldiers. His mission is to kill those responsible for his crimes, which have since been reincarnated as a biker gang. Including him in the film would have crowded out Eric's story.
3 Iris Shaw
The First Female Crow in Comics
Crow 2024 does not include Iris Shaw, the first female Raven in the comics. He appeared in the mini-series number three Raven: Flesh and Blood. The comic follows her life as The Crow after she and her unborn baby are killed by terrorists. It is interesting that Iris Shaw does not possess the full extent of the Raven's healing powers for some unknown reason. He has never appeared in a live-action adaptation of the comics.

2 Michael Corby
Another Crow in the comic
Michael Corby is another version of The Crow from the comics, and he doesn't appear in the 2024 movie either. Korby is from miniseries number three Raven: Savage Justicecontinues as The Crow after he and his wife die. He is a slightly different version of the supernatural being due to his association with the Gorgon. His tattoos from the gods allow him to regenerate as long as Gorgon blood still flows through his body. There was no room for him to appear again in the image in 2024.
