The planet-spanning city is home to ten guilds, like the corrupt church of the Orzhov Syndicate, or the wreckless scientists of the Izzet League. It proved multicolour-themed sets were not just possible, but great fun, and even our slang to talk about colour pairs is defined by the Ravnican guilds.

Dungeons & Dragons: The Guilds Of Ravnica, Explained

Ravnica is one of Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons’ most-beloved settings, but who are the ten guilds at the center of it?

For the first set in 2024, Magic’s celebrating all things Ravnica with Ravnica Remastered. Pulling together the Ravnica and Return to Ravnica blocks, and Guilds of Ravnica, Ravnica Allegiance, and War of the Spark, it includes some of the best cards from the city, all in one, cohesive limited environment. HEre’s everything revealed for Ravnica Remastered, ahead of its launch on January 12.

There are no Commander decks for Ravnica Remastered. It’s being revealed across just two days, with one chunk on December 11, and the rest on December 12.
