When Morn reaches his target planet of Taris, he quickly discovers that parts of the planet's ecumenopolis Invaded by Mandalorians and fierce zombie-like monsters. Known as Raghouls, these monsters are the product of a Sith artifact that Morne was tasked with restoring. Jedi Covenant Shadow soon encounters Zayne Carrick, a supposedly assassin Padawan, who steps in to aid him against the growing hordes of rakghouls. Together, the two Jedi lead the source of the monsters to a secret lair occupied by Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders.
The pair successfully repel the Mandalorians and capture the Amulet of Muur. The amulet in contact binds to Celeste, revealing that she is possessed by the lingering spirit of Sith creator Karness Muur. Muur's corrupting influence proves too great for the Jedi, and Morne offers to seal himself inside a stasis chamber so the artifact can be preserved and the Jedi Covenant can safely study the relics. As the stasis chamber is sealed, a Mandalorian warship drops nuclear warheads on the planet, burying Celeste and Karness underground.

About 4,000 years later, during the Galactic Empire, Morn's stasis chamber is discovered by none other than the tyrannical Sith Lord Darth Vader. Sensing the dark energy emanating from the Talisman of Muur, Vader opens the four-millennium tomb. Celeste wakes up confused and asks for her old ally Zayne Carrick. The Sith Lord Morne reports that 4,000 years have passed since his time and he immediately disintegrates in agony. He learns that the Old Republic eventually fell to the Sith, not the Mandalorians.
The Jedi are dead, leaving Celeste the only soul she can trust to suppress the relic's power.
Aware of Darth Vader's strong affinity for the dark side, Celeste engages in a duel with the black-clad cyborg played by the eager Karness Moore. Vader subverts Morn and uses his foul power to turn Vader's crew into rakgols to ensure the Talisman is not captured by the Empire. Using Chaos as a distraction, Celeste escapes into seclusion with the soul of an old Sith. Morne has been, unlike any Jedi before or since forced to endure a death sentence spanning millennia. The Jedi died, leaving him the only soul he could trust to suppress the relic's power.

As the Force would have it, fate draws Celeste to a new ally who, like herself, knows the light and dark sides of the Force. Cade Skywalker, a former Jedi and direct descendant of Anakin Skywalker, is sought after by Morn as if driven by the will of the Force.
During the reign of the second Sith Galactic Empire, ruled by the Sith Dragon Darth Krayt, the galaxy is once again plunged into civil war. Morne, Skywalker, and a group of rebels launch a final assault against the Imperial forces on Coruscant. Empowered by the Muur Talisman and armed with the training of a Jedi Consulate fueled by the wrath of 4,000 years of lost time, Celeste leads the final battle with Darth Krayt. Old and Tired, the Lost Jedi Can Finally Rest
Celeste Morne and Karness Moore's journey finally comes to an end
The battle completely drains Morn of his remaining life force. Sensing that Muur's influence is taking more and more control, former Jedi Covenant Shadow turns to Cade Skywalker for a peaceful end. Morne believes that Cade, balanced in both the light and dark sides of the force, can rise to the occasion and seal the Sith Lord's power forever. Skywalker agrees and at his last request plunges his lightsaber into Morn's chest, killing him and destroying the Talisman together.
Celeste Morn it is not only a relic of his time, but also a relic of him Star Wars as a whole. Legends material is no longer considered canon, with fan-favorite stories of the past serving only as an archive of what once was. Burdened with a terrible responsibility, Morne was forced to endure another 3,000 years of agonizing existence more so than an ancient Jedi Master Yodaonce believed to be the oldest living Jedi. Although his story may be lost forever with Disney's meddling Star Wars sustainability, Jedi Celeste Morne's final victory over the insidious Sith Empire will remain a worthy legend.
