X-Men it has only continued its evolution. That's why Marvel new A storm The ongoing series is perhaps one of the most exciting books on the publisher's list, especially with the fantastic art that has appeared so far.

As series artist Lucas Werneck says:

Fashion is always one of the many mediums I turn to when looking for inspiration. You can tell a lot about a character by their clothing, and that kind of visual narrative is something I love. Now you can imagine how excited I was when Marvel gave me the opportunity and space to work with the fashion of an iconic character like Ororo.

I really try to give it a sense of style. I imagine she has this sort of goddess aura, but she has a lot of humanity in her, so the challenge here is to translate all the aspects that define her in the way she dresses, moves, talks, that is, the way she lives. I'm having a lot of fun and I hope the fans enjoy all the little details we've put together for her and all the surprises we've prepared for this series.

Werneck understands how important clothing is to a hero. To loosely borrow an old phrase, it's not the suit that makes the man, it's the person who makes the suit – but in this context, Storm's new costume is an essential tool that symbolically represents a new era for the character. Werneck wants to create a piece of iconography to make Storm feel like the goddess she should be portrayed as, and the above is the finished product.
