Lorraine Broughton is Satchel and a Triple Agent
There is more to Lorraine Broughton than meets the eye. When her superiors report on Lorraine in London, she provides them with spliced audio recordings that “to prove” is Percival Satchel. He also tells them that he doesn't know where the List is, and they accept it. However, in the final sequence of the film, Broughton goes to Paris in a new guise and meets Bremovich (Roland Moller), a Russian agent who previously tried to pick up Broughton at a restaurant before Lasalle “rescued” him.

Claiming to have given them a copy of The List, Broughton kills Bremovich and his guards before revealing the final shocker: he is actually triple agent. Broughton has been working for CIA agent Kurzfeld (John Goodman) all along.
Besides, Broughton isn't even British. “Lorraine Broughton” is a false identity used by the CIA to place her in MI6.. At one point Atomic BlondeBroughton stated that all he wanted was to go back to his life, and now that the mission is over and the CIA has The List, the agency grants Broughton his wish and allows him to return home to the United States.

David Leitch Wants Fans To Look Twice
The big twist at the end was built through different moments of the film. But this is unusual because the director David Leitch released the film during blockbuster seasonand thought-provoking films were not often released during that time. That excited the director, who said, “It's another thing to stand in front of these big summer tents, and there's a ton of action in this movie, but we did it on an independent basis.” (via THR). He hoped it would work in his favor.
“You want to reach a wide audience, and there are people who love espionage, and they're going to watch every little detail and subtlety. And if you go back and watch the movie, you'll see the hints for the twist at the end. There's going to be people who, even if they watch it twice, they'll never see it. they won't be able to follow and even though they love walks.
I encourage people to see it twice because you'll start going, “Oh, I should have seen that!”

This Story Has No Hero
All Atomic Blonde the ending was set up as a spy movie with a big twist. Although there were hints for a twist throughout the film, the final twist seemed to come out of left field at the end. While it was no surprise to learn that Lorraine was the villain she was sent to find out about, the triple cross at the very end was where things started to get interesting. If there is One thing that is true in Cold War stories is that no one can trust anyone else.
The USA proves that they do not believe in Britain in this film. There is no way the UK will ever trust the US
While the United States and England are allies and have been for a very long time, the United States proves in this film that they do not trust Britain. Russia is set up as the villain in the movie, but what the US is doing here is just as bad, if not worse, than what other countries are doing. Lorraine is forced into this role, and as she tries to get home, she is sent to kill as many people as possible to cover up the US secret.
This does not mean that Lorraine is innocent. He is a stone cold killer. Britain is not innocent. They also send Lorraine to kill their enemies in secret missions. There are no heroes in a spy game, and no country is a “hero.” No killer is a “hero.” Here the victims are not even the heroes. Even McAvoy's David Percival, who works for himself and is in no way anti-British, is a villain and his actions show that he too deserves to die. Atomic Blonde invites the audience into the world of a spy and shows that everyone is a villain in the end.
