Absolute Power: Task Force VII #3 introduces fans to Jadestone, one of the six Justice League-inspired, power-stealing Amazo robots that make up Waller's Task Force VII. Jadestone makes her debut fighting the Justice Society of America, defeating Green Lantern Alan Scott, Salem Witch Girl, Stargirl, and others.
However, when the Jadestone is temporarily shut down, the JSA manage to escape, leaving Amazo to return to Waller empty-handed. This failure greatly disturbs Waller and, as they say, him The JSA, especially Alan Scott, must be arrested for their unprecedented level of danger.
Amanda Waller states that Alan Scott's threat level goes beyond that of a Green Lantern.

Waller orders Jadestone to capture the Justice Society of America and Alan Scott once again. “Alan is more than just a Green Lantern. He's a damned threat to National Security!” His statement shows that he considers him to be the most dangerous Green Lantern and ranks him above the members of the corps. While Alan is undoubtedly one of the DCU's most capable and powerful Lanterns, it's interesting that Waller doesn't explain why he's labeling him a National Security threat, nor is his exact threats explained.
What makes Waller's designation of Alan Scott as a National Security threat even more interesting is that Jadestone labeled him as such after stealing his Green Lantern powers. This raises the question of what makes a depowered Alan Scott such a significant threatespecially compared to the Green Lanterns who still retain their powers. Fans are unlikely to find an answer in the next issue Absolute Power: Task Force VIIas issue 4 will focus on Failsafe. However, with issue 3 ending on the big cliffhanger of Alan willingly accompanying Jadestone to meet Waller, fans can expect more to unfold in another thread. Absolute Power– related comic.

One of the unintended consequences of Jadestone absorbing Alan Scott's powers is that he also took part of the Starheart, the main source of energy that Scott himself was only partially aware of. This partial absorption gave Jadestone free will – a concept completely new to him and one that piqued his interest. He even starts asking Scott what free will means. With Jadestone's newfound autonomy, her range of interests, and Scott's influence, there's potential for a perfect storm. This could turn Amazo against Waller. So Green Lantern Alan Scott could be the Trojan Horse that led to Amanda Waller's downfall. Absolute Power.
In Absolute Power #3, fans confirm that Jadestone has the potential to challenge Waller. The issue reveals that Failsafe and Waller observe malfunctions in workgroups among the Amazons as they evade their orders. Failsafe attributes this disruption to the unintended consequence of the Amazons adopting the morals of the heroes they stole their powers from. In response, Waller orders a complete restart of Amazos to remove these side effects and regain full control. Despite the reboot, fans are confirming that this vulnerability in Amazons exists and can be exploited by others like Scott.
What Will Alan Scott's Role Be in the Future? Absolute Power Problems?
Scott could be the key to Jadestone resisting Amanda Waller's reboot
At the very end Absolute Power update, Scott Waller remains incarcerated, but he appears to be exactly where he wants to be. Despite his imprisonment, he regularly plays chess with Jadestone and uses these meetings to discuss “free will” and “choice”. Through these conversations, Scott skillfully plants ideas that gradually lead Jadestone to turn against Waller. Even if Waller succeeds in restarting Jadestone, Scott will likely continue to undermine his control. As a result, Green lantern Amanda remains a major threat to Waller's mission, actively working to thwart his plans through Jadestone.
