Wyoming Whiskey has released the fourth edition of its National Parks series, also known as National Parks No. 4, and its Old Faithful Straight Bourbon whiskeys. In keeping with the two new statements, the distillery donated $150,000 to Yellowstone Forever to support the foundation's efforts to protect, preserve and enhance America's first national park.
Wyoming Whiskey National Parks No. 4 Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a blend of more than 70 barrels pulled from various areas of the brand's warehouse and aged for at least five years. This special bottling celebrates Mammoth Hot Springs and its ever-changing system of travertine terraces. The whiskey, which has a rich copper color, offers aromas of crème brûlée, cherry compote and toasted coconut. On the palate, flavors of caramel, vanilla and candied ginger follow, followed by notes of honeysuckle and persistent notes of dark chocolate and espresso.

Old Faithful limited-edition whiskey honors Yellowstone National Park's iconic geyser for the latest installment of Wyoming Whiskey's Wide-Open Spaces series. Composed of three outstanding casks, the whiskey has been aged for 10 years. Old Faithful bursts with deep fruit and dark chocolate flavors. The palate offers baking spices, orange peel, toffee and Black Forest cake; This provides a finish of cocoa powder, vanilla bean, flavored spices and dried raisins. The label features a photo of F. Jay Haynes, who spent his life capturing the stunning views of Yellowstone and sharing them with the world.
“National Parks No. 4 is crafted from specially selected barrels to maintain the distinctive flavor profile of our National Parks Series, which celebrates the adventurous spirit of these precious wide-open spaces,” says David DeFazio, co-founder of Wyoming Whiskey. “Old Faithful is a truly special whiskey made from a select few of our 10-year-old wheat bourbon barrels, making it the oldest wheat bourbon in our warehouses. “I am excited to share these new releases with our loyal Wyoming Whiskey fans and Yellowstone National Park supporters.”
Bottled at 49 percent ABV, Wyoming Whiskey National Parks No. 4 is available in 27 states nationwide for a suggested retail price of $80. Coming in at 54 percent ABV, only 500 bottles of Wyoming Whiskey Old Faithful are available for purchase and sale. Available in Wyoming, California, and Colorado for an SRP of $500.
