There are some ways to steer us wrong today, but that means we have to give you the best tips we can to keep your winning streak going.

However, instead of just grabbing the next color, you have to draw the lines between each box yourself and figure out where they go before you color anything.

- A category is about how far something can go
- One category is about togetherness
- One category is about nicknames for drinks
- One category is about words that come after the same word in phrases
If you still need some tips, we can take you there too! Not everyone sees the same patterns and ideas in categories, and it's better to at least learn where it is rather than give up. Connections is disturbing.

This feels like the easiest of the day because each of these references did exactly what they said they did. Even if these words have other definitions, such as SCOPE, there is still a sense of scale.
This makes it a little easier to put together without having to think too much about it. Or, at least, I didn't have to REACH for answers for that category, as the RANGE could get longer as the puzzle went on.

The romantic in me likes to think these words are cute, especially when they appear side by side like this. But here the editor doesn't want to be cute and instead focuses more on misdirection. MATE, PAL, BUD and PARTNER feel that they can also be nicknames for a friend or close co-worker. Instead, it focuses more on intimate relationshipsthat's fine, but it's a bit of a stumbling block if you focus on the other potential category here.

Especially as someone who doesn't know much about beer, this was the stumbling block of today's puzzle. I probably would have guessed BUD having grown up in the town where it was produced, but I was less familiar with the others to refer to the drinks.
It's a bit of a shame since I spend a lot of time in the beer capital of the US, but I guess one can never store everything one hears in easily accessible brain memory. If I had to lose something, I would gladly choose it nicknames for beer.

It can be quite difficult to get it right, if like me a few factors complicate the accuracy of other categories. Unfortunately, today was not a win for me, but thanks to my poor performance, you can get a better result and get all the words right.
There are always things to take away when we lose, but I think in this case it was the unfortunate three categories where I missed some details. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a new day and a new winning streak.

Moving on, I'd like to suggest you try one of the puzzles in the list below. For my money I guess Absurd it's as chaotic as it sounds, and it's a great time to have fun trying to guess something that's constantly changing.
