Jason Kelce makes his big broadcasting debut Monday Night Countdown earlier this week. And it arguably went better, let's say, with Tom Brady handling color commentary NFL on Fox Kelce’s first game on Sunday wasn’t entirely uneventful, much to the delight of his brother Travis Kelce.
Near the beginning of Monday night’s broadcast, Kelce’s commentator, Scott Van Pelt, addressed the big-breasted elephant in the room as he welcomed his new colleague.
“Collectively, we’re excited to have a six-time first-team All-NFL selection, a Super Bowl champion, a future Gold Jacket, who apparently has a podcast that’s doing pretty well,” Van Pelt noted. “However, Jason Kelce is wearing a T-shirt that he got at the mall because he left his travel bag in the truck.”
Kelce admitted to making the mistake because the buttons on his shirt were having a hard time holding the fabric together. “It fits my belly now. I lost some weight, but my boobs are still struggling,” the former Philadelphia Eagles center admitted, adjusting his shirt.

Travis Kelce later commented on ESPN's Instagram post, saying, “I'm surprised he even bought a new one and didn't just walk around shirtless,” a reference to his brother's Kansas City Chiefs playoff appearance that went viral earlier this year. And on the latest episode of the duo's hit series New Heights Travis continued to poke fun at Jason on his podcast on Wednesday.
“You went to the Bay Area for the first time Monday Night Countdown “I forgot to get a T-shirt for Jason because of the way I look,” Travis said, noting that the statement was made to him within the first 30 seconds of his brother's ESPN debut and then posted the clip in question.

“It's a great quote. And me and Taylor were laughing our asses off watching it,” the Chiefs tight end continued, referring to his girlfriend, Taylor Swift. “It was the perfect thing to open everyone up to what they're going to experience over the next 18 weeks. Do we think that's the first time the word 'meme' has been said on ESPN?”
“I don't know, meme is a funny word,” Jason admitted. “I think it's permissible — it's not against the rules to say it on a stream, but it's definitely not something you'd normally say on a stream, you know what I mean? It's like one of those words that shouldn't be on a stream.”
“'Boobs' was the perfect word for that situation,” Travis joked. “The buttons were hiding under the thread. It looked like a stretchy T-shirt, but you might need to size up.”
Of course, this isn't the first time Jason Kelce has forgotten an item of clothing before an appearance. The 36-year-old actor attended the premiere of Prime Video Kelce He wore a T-shirt, shorts and flip-flops in the documentary last September. At the time, he blamed his wife Kylie Kelce for not bringing him jeans, to which Travis responded in disbelief: “Why didn't Jason bring him jeans?”

After trying to explain himself, Jason finally said, “I realize now that I can't blame Kylie for this.” In other words, this won't be the first or last time Jason Kelce shows up to his new job looking inappropriately dressed. Get this guy a stylist ASAP.
