Are you ready, nostalgic adults? Wendy's has released the first look at the Krabby Patty Kollab meal, coming to restaurants on October 8th to celebrate its 25th anniversary. SpongeBob SquarePants.
Nickelodeon and Paramount designed the Krabby Patty Kollab so fans could finally try the legendary burger served by SpongeBob, the sucky, yellow short order at the Krusty Krab restaurant serving residents of the underwater town of Bikini Bottom.
Wendy's is introducing two new, limited-time menu items inspired by the revered Mr. Krabs establishment; Chief among these is the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger. It's made with a pound of beef, two slices of melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and “top-secret Krabby Kollab sauce” on a toasted bun.
Those in the mood for something sweet can opt for the vanilla Frostee with a pineapple-mango puree swirl and the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, a crafty name that evokes Spongebob's iconic farm.
