The Bandit’s Strange Prism skin is found in the tutorial map. You can replay the tutorial by going into the settings, selecting controls, and then selecting Play Tutorial.

While in the tutorial stage, head to the left and climb up to the highest ledge you can reach. Here, press down on the vine to start climbing down. Now, move to the right, passing through the terrain along the way. All the way at the right side of the map, the Bandit’s Strange Prism will appear as you approach it.

Now simply touch the Prism to unlock the Bandit’s Snare skin. Complete the rest of the tutorial, and you can now select this skin when starting a new run as Bandit!

Keep in mind that you need to have Bandit unlocked for his Prism shard to appear.
