The Green Lantern Corps has been taken over by a madman, causing ripple effects throughout space. As Sinestro prepares to set things right, he enlists two surprising people to look into something important to him.

In Bad Sons #6 By Peter J. Tomasi and Vasco Georgiev, Korg, aka Sinson, confronts Sinestro, and Korg tells him how he believes they are father and son. Sinestro responds by instigating a fight, causing Korg's enraged Lor-Zod to come to his defense. However, when Lor-Zod attacks Sinestro, Korg becomes enraged and Korg uses Red Lantern energy.

Sinestro stops the fight and reveals that Sinso instigated their fight to see if he could enter the Red Light. agree Sinestro leaves the boys in charge of the Korugar Defense Force as he heads into space.

The Sinister Sons are in charge of Sinestro's Planet

Korg wanted nothing more than to prove that he was Thaal Sinestro's son. After overthrowing his caretaker, Korg stole Lor-Zod's ship and the ship attempted to retrieve it. Unfortunately for the two boys, the ship was consumed by a space whale that took all of space. After surviving indefinitely in the whale's belly, Lor-Zod and Korg were rescued by Sinestro, who took a small liking to the latter.. Yellow brought them both to New Korugar in exchange for helping clean them up after the Central Power Battery exploded.

Sinestro's corps is almost non-existent thanks to Lord Premier Thaaros blowing up the Central Power Batteries. But Sinestro's greatest loyalty has always been to his people, and he would never leave them without some kind of defense. Granted, Lor-Zod only has a fraction of the power of a fully grown Kryptonian, and Sinson learned how to tap into his Red Lantern powers. But Sinestro wouldn't allow it everybody Look at the new Korugar, so he obviously believes in boys. Although they had just begun leading the Korugar Defense Force, this could be a fantastic opportunity for both Sinister Sons.

Bad Sons' New Business Will Help Them Prove Themselves

Korg wants to show Sinestro that he has what it takes to live up to his last name (even if he's not sure of their connection). He is not going to slow down in protecting his father figure's domain. Although Lor-Zod does not have a strong connection to New Korugar, the young Kryptonian is determined to show his father, General Zod, that he does not need House Zod to survive in the world. Maybe they don't accept it Green lanternbut the Sinister Sons have a golden opportunity as the new leaders of the Korugar Defense Force.
