'Yellowstone' Star Names Unique Sport The 'Best' Core Exercise

SaritasThe highly anticipated finale is just a few months away, and star Cole Hauser is sharing some secrets about his pre-shoot routine in a new interview.

When talking about exercise habits GQHauser said he and his wife, actress Cynthia Daniel, exercise every day. Hauser's sessions are usually separate from his wife's because they are usually more intense.

“He has a trainer and I have a trainer. But my trainer is a pretty tough guy, so I was like, 'I don't know if I want to do this. It's not like his workouts are bad either. But they just talk a little bit more,” he said. “But we do something active and physical every day.”

Couple's love of staying active lasts 'forever' [Hauser] “I can remember,” and it’s encompassed a range of workouts over the years. “It could be walking, it could be running, it could be working out in the gym,” he said. But when it comes to blasting your core, Hauser swears by horseback riding for the best results.

“Horseback riding is an incredible exercise,” he stated bluntly. “You want to get in shape? Go ride for a few months. Core-wise, it's the best exercise you can do.” He said the same thing when he spoke. Men's Magazine “Riding has finally strengthened my back and torso,” he said in 2022.

“I grew up riding in Oregon, so I was on horses from the age of four to seven. Now, Saritas “You get into horse shape for six months,” he explained. When it’s time to start filming the show, Hauser prepares his body by hopping on the horse and using his rope.

“You just have to spend a month riding. And the first two weeks are awful – you're sore, your back hurts, your arm hurts from roping, but those muscles work again and, lo and behold, you can ride all day long,” he added.
