Sarper is a Turkish fitness trainer and model who met Los Angeles-based esthetician Shekinah on a dating app while vacationing in Turkey. They began their journey in season 6, but soon ran into friction when Sarper bragged about sleeping with more than 2,500 women in his past. Sarper was also in control and wanted a child from Shekinah. Supervising Sarper, she began dealing with money problems when Shekinah refused to allow her to take female customers.

Reddit user CrystalLion90 posted Sarper's picture after the last one Spotted in Monterey, California.
They discovered that their tattoo artist, who recently moved to California, originally posted the photo on Sunday, September 8, 2024. In the photo, Sarper appeared unconscious while walking around the neighborhood. She was wearing a white mesh shirt with a beige shirt over it and her hair was pulled back perfectly as usual. Sarper's presence in the US came as a surprise to his fans because of his recent scandal with Shekinah Another Way.

Shekinah and Sarper fought several times Another Way with their two seasons, but the most the last one had taken a violent turn. They argued because Sarper didn't get Shekina a birthday present. He thought of buying her some junk that Shekina didn't want. Shekina claimed that the fight was different from what happened in the past, because he took her phone and pulled her hair. Shekinah moved to the hotel and was not sure if she wanted to see Sarper again.
Although Sarper later apologized to Shekinah and admitted that she hated herself for the way he treated her, Shekinah saw this aspect of Sarper as a red flag.
He did not like Sarper's behavior. Shekinah was expecting a gift from Sarper because he had given her many gifts in the past. Sarper did not make his girlfriend feel special. She didn't give him anything, resulting in Shekinah giving Sarper an ultimatum in the next episode. However, Sarper's current presence in the US means that Sarper proposed to Shekin this season. Sarper and Shekinah are engagedthis led to her immigrating to the United States on a K-1 visa. Sarper and Shekinah were in no rush to get married when they met.

All the while, Shekinah continued to fly to Turkey and return home to Los Angeles every few weeks. Sarper and Shekinah weren't exactly a fan-favorite couple, but it looks like they're not going anywhere anytime soon.
